My local English pure honey is minimally processed and without additives. It's sourced from bee hives managed at several locations close to the Essex border with Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Honey bees will cover up to a five mile radius from their hive in the search for pollen. My bees predominantly have seasonal access to oil seed rape, field bean, chestnut and lime trees; the honey flavour depends on its source. | ||
