As I write this I have 10 beehives in an out apiary close to where I live in a village called Nazeing. This is south of Harlow, Essex and north of Waltham Abbey, Essex.

I use national and commercial bee hives and market my honey in the local area in both 1lb and 1/2lb glass jars. My honey bees produce two main crops, the first from oilseed rape and the second from field beans. My bees also forage on borage (about 3 miles away) and of course all the local flora which includes that of the village of Nazeing.

I started beekeeping about 6 years ago and derive great pleasure from my hobby and from all the beekeepers whom I have met and been educated by.
